Centerchem Inc. has acquired Diow Products, Inc., a supplier of high quality ingredients and novel functional technologies for the cosmetic and personal care industries. The firm, founded by Mark Palumbo, has offices in New York and California. Mr. Palumbo will join Centerchem as vice president.
